KIH uses cookies to track website and application usage (visitor counts, pages visited) to evaluate the usefulness and effectiveness of our site and to maintain continuity during your visit. We do not store user IDs, passwords, or personal information in cookies.

Application Availability

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limitations or restrictions on your use of the KIH application for security, technical, maintenance, legal, or policy reasons, or due to breaches of terms. We may terminate your access at any time without prior notice.

User Account and Data Deletion

Users may request KIH to delete their accounts and personal information by sending a written request to our official email. We will respond promptly, within one month of receiving your request or any additional required information. Alternatively, you may request account suspension or temporary deactivation while retaining the option to reactivate your account later. If you proceed with permanent deactivation, you will lose access to your account and associated data. Requests for restoration may be made within six months of deletion notice. We follow secure deletion processes, but delays may occur due to our backup and active system protections.
